HISTORY
Mr William Chapman Morgan took up the property in the year of 1905. His son Charles started breaking in the property some 1,377 acres in 1905. Then, in 1914, he opened up the gates and turned the stock and horses out to pasture. He then went off to the first world war. He returned in 1918 and carried on where he left off. Developing the property and selling some. The next two generations prematurely passed away. This ended 65 years of ownership to the Morgan family from 1905 to 1970.
Present ownership is the Smith Family which is thankful to the Morgan family for their financial assistance. We have continued to develop the property to this day.
PRESENT DAY
